I didn't have a good experience with this seller. First, I had to threaten to request a refund after my item sat without being shipped for over a week! The item arrived three days late.
While I did get what I expected, my item arrived wrapped in newspaper and covered in plastic grocery bags with the shipping label attached.
The worst part was that my item wreaked of cigar/cigarette smoke and had to immediately be washed after opening it, so my daughter couldn't even play with it.
